For those that did not attend the AGM, please take note that those of us who went have bought our rover shirts. Please find time to get them before the Sec one orientation. Do take note that the Scout shop will not be open untill Wed, 2nd Jan 2008. Also, for our beret it will remain as the green one that we use for our scout uniform. The ampulet (i dunno how to spell it, but it is the one on the shoulder) is RED in color and not MAROON(dunno how to spell either). Please do not mix them up, the red one is of a brighter color. For the name tag, i am not sure what Miss Farah wants so please leave that alone for the time being untill someone decides on what we're going to use.

Reports expected for AGM
Reports expected from each com members :
Logistic - write any major problem for EQ, need to replace or buy
Treasuerer - budget report, how we want to set aisde budget for different things for next year
Training - what are the training needed
Welfare - what can we do, like oversea trips, annual retreat
Vice chair - prepare a report on what he aspect from the rovers and scouts in the following year

Regarding AGM. What you nd to do to prepare.
For the upcoming AGM, the Chairman has decided that every relevant post (e.g. logistic, training ic) are to prepare a report which should consist of what is to be expected of the rovers and the scouts, and what can be improved for the following year. You are required to give your report during the AGM. Thank you.

IMPT!!! AGM Dates fixed!!!
Hey guys, just to let you know, the AGM has been changed from the 28th
of Dec to the 29th Dec, Sat at 9am. Plz be informed that the attire on
that day will be full-u n it will be held at the sch. Plz pass the msg
around to those who don't know, Thx.
P.S. Chairman and Vice-Chair plz get the agenda done up and send to
Miss Farah by the 25th of Dec, Tue.

IMP! PLZ TAKE NOTE!!!
I have asked around but not many people are giving me their response to
the 2 e-mail so now i am going to extend the deadlines for the deciding of the dates for the gathering.
The gathering will be on either the 15th or the 16th of Dec which is
Sat or Sun respectively. If i don't get any notification that u guys
cannot make it on either dates before nxt sat(8st Dec), i'll assume
all are ok with this dates.
